  • The service is operated by Rescue Ring Anna Grządzielewska with its registered office 62-561 Ślesin, Kępa 1F.
  • The service realizes a function of gaining information about users and their behaviour in the following way:
    • Through the information voluntary entered in the form.
    • Through saving the cookie files (so-called “cookies”) in final devices.
    • Through collecting logs of the www servers by the hosting operator.

Information about forms
  • The Service collects information provided by an user voluntary.
  • The Service may also save information about link parameters (determination of time, IP address)
  • Data in the form are not made available to third parties unless an user’s consent is given.
  • Data provided in the form may form a collection of potential clients, registered by the Service Operator in the register kept by the Inspector General for Personal Data protection.
  • Data provided in the form are processed in accordance with goals arising from a function of a specific form, e.g. to perform the service notification process or a commercial contact.
  • Data provided in the form may be transferred to the subjects which technically provide some services – particularly it concerns transferring information about an owner of a registered domain to the subjects which operate the domains (especially Scientific and Academic Computer Network – NASK), websites which operate payments or other subjects with which the Service Operator has concluded an agreement in this scope.

Information about cookie files

  • The website uses cookie files.
  • Cookie files (so-called “cookies”) are computer data, particularly text files, which are kept in final devices of the Service User and they are meant for the use of websites. Usually cookies include a name of a website form which they come from, time of their storage in the final device as well as an unique number.
  • The Service Operator is a subject which places cookie files in the final device of the Service User and have access to them.
  • The cookie files are used in the following ways:
    • To make statistics which will help to understand how the Service Users use the websites which enables improvement of their structure and content;
    • Keeping a session of the Service User (after logging in), thanks to which the User doesn’t have to write down login and password on every subpage;
    • Determining a profile of the user to display adjusted materials in advertising networks, including the Google network.
  • Within the Service, there are two fundamental types of the cookie files applied: “Session” cookies and “persistent” cookies. The “Session” cookies are temporary files which are kept in the final device of the User until logging out, leaving the website or switching software off (Internet browser). “Persistent” cookies are kept in the final device of the User for the period of time specified in parameters of the cookie files or until the moment of their deletion by the User.
  • Software for browsing Internet websites (Internet browser) usually allows to storage the cookies in the final device of the User by default. The Service Users may change set up in this scope. Internet browser enables deletion of cookie files. It is also possible to block the cookie files automatically.   • Limitation in the use of cookies may influence on some functions available on websites of the Service.
  • Cookies placed in the final device of the Service User may be also used by advertisers or partners of the Service Operator.

  • Cookies may be used by advertising networks, particularly the Google network, to display advertisements adjusted to the way of use of the website by the User. That’s why, they may keep information about a navigation path of the User or time spent on a specific website.
  • In the scope of information on preference of the User collected by the Google advertising network, the User may browse and edit information deriving from the cookie files with the tool.

Server logs

  • Information about some behaviours of users are the subject of logging in the server field. This data is used for administering the website only and to provide the most efficient hosting services.
  • The browsed stores are identified with the URL addresses. Moreover, the following data may be saved:
    • Time of incoming inquiry;
    • Time of sending an answer;
    • Name of a client’s station – identification carried out with the HTTP protocol;
    • Information about errors which occurred when completing the HTTP transaction;
    • An URL address previously visited by the user (refer link) – in situation when the transition to the Website was made through a footnote;
    • Information about the user’s Internet browser;
    • Information about IP address.
  • The above data is not matched with a specific persons searching websites.
  • The above mentioned data is used only for the website administrative purposes.

Making data available

  • The data shall be made available to external subjects only within the applicable law regulations.
  • Data which enables identification of a natural person shall be made available only with a consent of this person.
  • According to requests of entitled authorities based on the law within the scope of the request, the Operator may be obliged to provide the data collected by the Service.

Administering cookies – how to provide and withdraw the consent?

  • If the user doesn’t want to receive cookies, he may change the Internet browser’s setting. We reserve that turning off cookies necessary for confirmation, safety and keeping the user’s preferences processes may make it difficult or in extreme cases make it impossible to use the websites.
